We can ship to most of the countries in the world. But PO boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO) can not be shipped to. Once your order has been prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you (the customer) or your agent, we will contact you immediately for a correction, and the package will be re-shipped at an additional shipping fee. Occasionally packages are returned to Coolmetech as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to Coolmetech, please contact Coolmetech to make arrangements for reshipment.
It takes longer than usual for delivery due to COVID-19, and the local post office may deliver your package to your door, your mailbox, or pick up points. Please keep an eye on the tracking information after your order is shipped out.
Normally orders will be shipped out within 2-5 business days of processing payment. Any expected delivery dates that may be given are only estimates. Orders can be delayed due to verification or the time the order has been placed (eg, during holiday times). Orders may be delivered in separate shipments.
All purchases through Coolmetech.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon tender of the item to the carrier.

We corporate with the local Post and some logistics companies. Products are shipped via their standard service. If you want to receive the product within a few days, please contact us at email@example.com to change it to the Express. But it will cost you additional fee.
It generally takes 7-20 business days shipping from China warehouse but varies for different countries and areas. Most Coolmetech.com orders will be processed by Amazon, and shipped directly from Amazon distribution center. When you place an order on the Coolmetech website, you will receive a shipping info email from Amazon and/or one from the website. Please check your registered email inbox for your order status and the estimated delivery date.
Please note it usually takes 2-3 business days for the carrier to update information online once the product is shipped. You can check the status on the local post system or 17track website. Additionally, you can track it through the "Track Order" page.
Please contact us within 6 months if you don’t receive the order, our representative will resolve the issue within 24 hours. Please note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
Please contact the carrier to process first if the parcel is missing or lost. But we will resend or refund if they can't solve the problem which is caused by us.
Normally customers won't be charged any additional fees via regular mail. However, customs tax may apply for imported goods/services in some countries. It is regulated by the country law. We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after the receipt of the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
