Stage Hero6 ANC true wireless earbuds

The earbuds were fine at first, but after about 10 months the right side stopped working—it would no longer charge. I contacted support, and after a long wait they sent me a replacement charging case and a new right earbud. Unfortunately, the problem was never really solved. Since then, the earbuds no longer pair properly: either the left or the right side works, but not both together, and I can’t charge them at the same time in the same case.

I first reached out to support on December 15, 2023, and only received the replacement on February 26, 2024. During that delay, my warranty expired. When I reported the new issue, the company simply told me the warranty had already expired and offered only a 25% discount on a new pair.

Very poor support and disappointing experience overall. Never buying from this company again. Hopefully others have better luck.

Comprei esse fone de ouvido no ano passado, no Brasil, após ter perdido muito dinheiro com fones de ouvido nacionais. Não conhecia essa marca, mas me foi recomendada por um conhecido e eu não poderia estar mais satisfeita.
O som é impecável, a bateria dura horas e tem um excelente custo benefício. Quando precisei da assistência técnica tive uma ótima experiência também, com respostas rápidas e eficazes.
Recomendo de olhos fechados.
