The products equipped with Bluetooth 5.0 are fully backward compatible with other Bluetooth devices that have Bluetooth version 2.0 or later.
Pairing is the common but easy-to-fix problem in TWS products. Two masters will connect when you restart the product and mobile device. Additionally, the reset guidance in the User Manual will help. If they still cannot pair with your mobile device, contact support.
We offer free shipping. The local Post or some logistics companies will deliver the product in 7-20 business days if ship from China warehouse. If fulfilled from Amazon distribution center, it will take 2-7 days. We will resend or refund if the carrier can't solve the problem which is caused by us. About the tax, normally customers won't be charged any additional fees via regular mail. But it may apply for imported goods/services in some countries. We will pay the tax invoice charged. Please email us if the product is taxed.
Once your order has been prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. On the contrary, please contact us within 24 hours of submission. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you (the customer) or your agent, we will contact you immediately for a correction, and the package will be re-shipped at an additional shipping fee.
We provide the 15 months warranty after you register the product. If the original manufacture of the material or workmanship of the product is deemed to be defective, we will replace the product at no charge with the same or comparable product.
